Appearance: What do you look like? (A good description and maybe a picture.) Explain all the forms you take if you are a changeling...for werewolf tell us the wolf and what the other one looks like. {Minimum of 4 things: Hair color, how tall you are, eye color, and skin tone}

Personality: What is your character like? Is he or she freindly or mean? Happy or sad? Tell us how you tick! {Basics at least: Anger, & mood}battle

History: Tell us what your character has gone throug till now. Is it happy or really sad?

Extras: Tell us your FEARS, LIKES, DISLIKES, and anything else you can think of.
